**DELETE /api/User/DeleteDTO**

DTO (Data Transfer Object) kullanarak belirtilen ID'ye sahip kullanıcıyı sistemden siler. Bu işlem, belirli bir kullanıcı DTO bilgisini kaldırır ve işlemin başarılı olduğunu belirtir.
